By becoming a member of WeFit, you agree to:
- Follow all gym rules and regulations
- Use equipment properly and safely
- Respect other members and staff
- Maintain current payment information
2. Membership Terms
Your membership includes:
- Access to facilities during designated hours
- Use of equipment as per your membership level
- Participation in applicable classes and programs
- Access to locker rooms and amenities
3. Payment and Cancellation
- Membership fees are charged monthly
- 30-day notice required for cancellation
- No refunds for unused portions of membership
- Late payments may result in suspension
4. Health and Safety
Members must:
- Disclose relevant health conditions
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions
- Report any injuries or incidents immediately
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness
5. Liability
WeFit is not liable for:
- Personal injuries during exercise
- Lost or stolen personal property
- Damage to personal equipment
- Service interruptions due to maintenance
6. Termination
WeFit reserves the right to terminate membership for:
- Violation of gym rules
- Non-payment of fees
- Inappropriate behavior
- False information provision
