By becoming a member of WeFit, you agree to:

  • Follow all gym rules and regulations
  • Use equipment properly and safely
  • Respect other members and staff
  • Maintain current payment information

2. Membership Terms

Your membership includes:

  • Access to facilities during designated hours
  • Use of equipment as per your membership level
  • Participation in applicable classes and programs
  • Access to locker rooms and amenities

3. Payment and Cancellation

  • Membership fees are charged monthly
  • 30-day notice required for cancellation
  • No refunds for unused portions of membership
  • Late payments may result in suspension

4. Health and Safety

Members must:

  • Disclose relevant health conditions
  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions
  • Report any injuries or incidents immediately
  • Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness

5. Liability

WeFit is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries during exercise
  • Lost or stolen personal property
  • Damage to personal equipment
  • Service interruptions due to maintenance

6. Termination

WeFit reserves the right to terminate membership for:

  • Violation of gym rules
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Inappropriate behavior
  • False information provision
